Worst seller I’ve dealt with on Alibaba since 2018. Waited nearly 2 months. Dough roller arrived bent but barely worked. Ravioli machine? Useless junk - doesn’t roll or cut anything. I gave 1 star, he begged me to change to 5 stars, promised help. I changed - big mistake. After the second change, you can’t edit reviews again. Once I gave 5, he vanished. No refund, no help. He sent me videos of perfect machines from China, but what I got was low-quality garbage. When I complained, he blamed me: “Your dough is too hard.” Then he gave me a recipe. I made it. Tried 10 times. Even 5 different colleagues tried. Still didn’t work. He always has an excuse, always turns the blame on you, never takes responsibility. Even the broken roller? He ignored it completely - like it never happened. This man is a scammer, a manipulator. Don’t believe a single word. The worst sellers on Alibaba are from China. For honesty, buy from South Korea. Avoid this seller at all costs.
